We all use electronic devices throughout the day for both work and for leisure. But what if it affects our eyes more than we thought? Here are a few tips for reducing eye fatigue as you use electronic devices:
- Apply the 20-20-20 rule — every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
- Blink more often to stimulate tear production and natural eye lubrication.
- Keep your screen free of dirt, debris and fingerprints.
Adjust your monitor so the top of the monitor lines up with middle of your forehead and the monitor is placed an arm length away.
